Zuerst im E-Mail-Client die Einstellungen aufrufen

In dem sich öffnenden Fenster den Signatureditor aufrufen

Es öffnet sich der Signatur-Editor.

Dort oben Links gelangt man zur Quellcodeansicht.

Zu beachten

• Bilder müssen mit HTML-Verweisen eingebunden werden. Wir haben einen zentralen Ordner für Grafikdateien unter http://files.asend.de
• Wenn Ihr eine Signatur kopieren oder weitergeben möchtet, kopiert bitte den HTML-Code, nicht die WYSIWYG-Ansicht.

Nach dem Einfügen des HTML-Codes nehmt die erforderlichen Anpassungen vor.

Update 31.08.2017 von Monika:

Signaturen OHNE <p>-Tags anlegen, sondern nur in Tabellenform. Dies vermeidet, dass Zwischenräume in den Mails sind.
